ICONIC London Illiminator tested/review

I forgot I even placed an order for this, and sometimes it's one of those that I find online that you just gotta pay the shipping and they mail it in couple weeks, well i totally forgot what's inside and on the package it said 'Brush" lol. Anyways, i'm happy with it regardless and I made this vlog to Congratulate all you new grads 2018
