Got my Wish order wrong??

The dress I ordered vs dress in photo is completely different, does this happen as often or is it cause it's a knock-off brand? Did you get orders like this before? Check out my vlog on these items

I hope this has been helpful to you guys, let me know if you still want me to try other clothes from Wish.com and if you have ordered things from them that is questionable and nothing like they mention in their pics.
