Reviving My Typewriter's Ink (ribbon from Etsy)

This is my Smith-Corona Typewriter, I believe it's dated around 1968 but it works perfectly and its in great condition. I got new ink ribbon for it and I will be looking for a new briefcase compartment as the one I currently have is slightly broken.
